Returns & FAQ's — Lake & Ice Prints

We want every piece from Lake & Ice Prints to arrive looking perfect on your wall. Because each order is custom-made, returns work a little differently than regular retail. Here are the most common questions:


Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Because each print is made-to-order, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect finish. Please check product descriptions and size guides carefully before ordering.


What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it free of charge. Please email lakeandiceprints@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos showing the issue
We’ll organise a replacement right away.


How long do I have to report an issue?

You have 14 days from delivery to contact us about any problems. After that time, we can’t guarantee replacements.


How do replacements work?

Once your issue is confirmed, we’ll reprint the same item and ship it at no cost to you. You don’t need to send the faulty item back.


Can I exchange for a different size or product?

No — exchanges aren’t possible as all items are custom printed. If you’d like a different size or finish, you’ll need to place a new order.
