How long does production take?
All prints are made-to-order. Production usually takes 3–5 business days before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Australia: 5–10 business days
International: 5–14 business days (may vary depending on region and customs)
Do you provide tracking?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. From time to time we run free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website and socials.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship to 13 countries around the world and are regularly trying to add as many to this list as we can.

What if my order is delayed?
We’re not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or natural events, but we’ll always help track your order if something seems wrong.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you realise your address is incorrect, please email lakeandiceprints@gmail.com immediately. If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll update it. Once production/shipping has started, we can’t change it.
