Welcome to Lake & Ice Prints. By accessing or purchasing from our store (lakeandice.com.au), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

This website is operated by Lake & Ice Prints. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lake & Ice Prints. These terms apply to all site users, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

2. Products & Availability

  • All products are made-to-order using print-on-demand partners.
  • Colours may vary slightly due to differences in screens and printing processes.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update prices at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full.
  • Prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated and include GST where applicable.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and secure payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Shipping

  • Production takes 3–5 business days.
  • Delivery times vary: 5–10 business days within Australia, 7–15 business days internationally.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Import duties or taxes may apply for international customers.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
  • Refunds or replacements are available for misprints, damage in transit, or incorrect items (see our Refund Policy).

6. Intellectual Property

All images, content, and materials on this site are the property of Lake & Ice Prints or contributing artists/photographers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers (including Gelato) for printing, shipping, and payments. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or service interruptions caused by these providers but will assist customers in resolving issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lake & Ice Prints is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
